PELHAM HOUSE
Kitchen renovation from two smaller rooms. Features new floors, custom cabinets, crown moldings, window repositioning, lighting. The second stairway on the right was a pantry closet.
A total of four full baths and two half baths were completely renovated in the house. An attic bath was created from raw space to match the character of the house. The second guest bath was created from two unused closets.
The attic was raw space until conversion to a third floor game room, full bathroom and bedroom. A sprinkler system was added for fire protection.
Outside features included a fountain and side garden area. Stone steps were added and existing casement windows were converted to french doors opening to the garden. A gunite pool was installed featuring bluestone decking, a custom pool house and pergola.
EAST HOUSE
Dated existing kitchen was gutted and remodeled. Featuring new flooring, cabinets built on-site, custom hood, backsplash, cherry shelving and fireplace surround.
This dining room was extended back eight feet, new hardwood flooring was woven in to match the old and the entire room was paneled with cherry. Ceiling was coffered with cherry beams.
The den was gutted, including a drop ceiling that was added in the 50"s, Bookcases were added on two walls, new fireplace surround and lighting.
Master bath was renovated including travatine flooring, custom shower, jetted tub and custom vanity.
Gunite pool was installed, custom pool house,with half bath and kitchenette, bluestone deck.
SOUTH WINTON HOUSE
